Delivery Times & Costs
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The table below should be used as a rough guide to delivery times, however no guarantees can be made because we are at the mercy of courier schedules and any unexpected delays they may face.
If your order is placed before 2PM, we will process your order the same day for overnight delivery. Same day dispatch applies to orders placed Monday to Friday.
New Zealand Delivery

For Auckland deliveries, you’ll usually receive your order the next business day. For orders to the rest of the North Island you should also receive them the next business day, however there is a small chance of a delay due to courier network problems such as road or airport closures. Orders to the South Island have a good chance of getting to you the next business day, however plan on 2-3 business days if it is critical.
Target delivery times are based on orders paid in full via credit card. Orders paid for by bank deposit will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment.
Order Processing Time
If your order is placed before 2PM, we will process your order the same day. Same day dispatch applies to orders placed Monday to Friday.
Tracking Notifications
When we’ve processed your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier information so you can track your order from our warehouse to your delivery address.
